This stylish and centrally located accommodation offers convenient access to everything you need. The apartment is situated in a safe park with 2 communal swimming pools, and the (kite) beach, restaurants, and supermarket are all within easy walking distance.

This apartment has an area of approximately 50m². Upon entering you will find the modern kitchen, followed by the cozy living room with access to the balcony. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On request it is possible to place a desk in the second bedroom and use it as an office. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. In addition, there is a private outdoor barbecue, two communal swimming pools and secure parking for one car. The car can be parked directly in front of the door. This apartment is ideally suited for two adults with one or two children.
