Winderuis Hostel

Welcome to Winderuis, an intimate and relaxed hostel in beautiful Langebaan, South Africa. It’s a place where you’ll quickly feel at home, meet new people, and—above all—enjoy everything the water and wind have to offer.

Winderuis features three spacious rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a shared kitchen where you can cook together, a guest toilet with a washing machine, and plenty of space outdoors to sit, work, or simply do nothing at all.

Outside, you’ll find various workspaces—ideal for digital nomads looking to combine work with adventure. Our shared outdoor area has a cozy, living-room vibe: a great spot to relax, have a drink, swap stories, or plan your next session on the water.

And, of course, there’s room for your gear. You can store your kite and wing equipment safely and conveniently, making it easy to get from your accommodation to the water without any hassle.

The location is perfect: close to the lagoon, restaurants, and shops. Everything you need is within easy reach, yet Winderuis offers the peace and space you need to truly unwind.
